Legal aid Department is our characteristics-business sector. Technically, all of our associations are members of this department; they will be ready to provide service to people with the following situations at any time:

Administrative, civil and state compensation cases with the following situations:

1、Request for the State Compensation.

2、Request for social security benefits or protection for the minimum livelihood.

3、Request for pensions, benefits.

4、Request for payment of alimony, custody fees, maintenance fees.

5、Request for labor remuneration.

6、Civil rights by advocating for the bravery behaviors.

7、The central state organs or the Beijing government should provide legal assistance to other cases.

Criminal cases with the following situations:

1、Criminal suspect who haven’t hire a lawyer due to financial difficulties subsequent the first interrogation by investigative organs or the day of the application of coercive measures.

2、Victims and their statutory agents or close relatives in lawsuits of public prosecution, who haven’t entrusted legal representatives due to financial difficulties since the day of the case transferred for review and prosecution.

3、Private prosecutors and their statutory agents in cases of private prosecution, who haven’t entrusted legal representatives due to financial difficulties since the day that people's court, heard the case.

4、Cases of prosecutors appear in courts, due to economic difficulties or for other reasons has not appointed counsel; the people's court should provide the defendant with defense lawyers.

5、The defendant is blind, deaf, mute, or a minor and has not appointed counseling, or the defendant could be sentenced to death without the appointed counsel.
